I hope this message finds you well.  As we head into the colder months, we are excited to announce the upcoming Winterfest 2025. We wanted to share some important information regarding the event and ask that you pass it along to the youth of your church.  

 

• Dates: January 17-19, 2025 

 

• Location: Michindoh Conference Center                                                             

        4545 E. Bacon Rd.                                                                                                      

        Hillsdale, MI 49242

 

• Theme and theme verse: More Than Able                                                         

 “Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.”         Ephesians 3:20

 

• Cost: $175 (price goes up after early bird deadline)

 

• Early bird Deadline: December 16th

 

We invite you and your church’s youth to this event.  We would love to see as many of our Great Lakes churches involved as possible.  If you don’t have any youth to send this year, please be in prayer for the event and that God would move in the lives of the staff and campers that attend.  Also, please prayerfully consider financially supporting a camper from another church so they will have the opportunity to attend.  If you would like to do this, please contact us at one of the email addresses below.  As well, even if you do not have youth to send this year, pastors/youth pastors/staff are still invited to attend.  Two leaders from each church can receive a discounted price of $160.  

 

We are including a QR code at the bottom of the page that can be scanned to access the application.  If you or your youth would like to attend, please scan the QR code to fill out the application and get your deposits in before the early bird deadline.
