Leader2Leader is designed to reinforce the Leadership of a local church along with the Pastor as the Leader of that congregation. Pertinent tools for this day and age are provided and the Leadership Team and Pastor are given time to discuss how they can implement this new knowledge.  This is a time of teaching, implementing, and fellowship.
